Direct screened polytwill patches. The least expensive method. Screen printed patches have the quickest turnaround. Not just cost effective, but very durable and will last for years if properly cared for.

Full embroidered patches. A method that all the details or fill areas are created by threads. This is a higher cost but higher quality than screening. Turnaround time is longer, usually 4 weeks. The ultimate in quality and durability.

A method of using cut parts that are sewn with a zig zag stitch pattern on all the image edges. This method is more suitable for less complex designs. Embroidery can be added to add more detail in the twill areas. A professional look with good durability.
